Job Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of managerial experience in food and beverage industry
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ability to manage inventory and control costs
  • leadership and team management skills
  • flexible availability

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry
  • strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management
  • exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • familiarity with casino operations is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure a high standard of service
  • oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and lounges
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • manage inventory control and cost management
  • deliver exceptional customer service
  • coordinate staff scheduling and training
  • resolve customer complaints promptly
