Job Requirements
- Minimum of four years of managerial experience in food and beverage industry

Job Qualifications

- strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management
- exceptional customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- familiarity with casino operations is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure a high standard of service
- oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and lounges
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- manage inventory control and cost management
- deliver exceptional customer service
- coordinate staff scheduling and training
- resolve customer complaints promptly
