Job Description

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is an exquisite luxury hotel located in the renowned Deer Valley ski resort, approximately 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. This prestigious establishment is part of an ambitious new development that boasts 17 ski lifts, 1,600 residential units, eight hotels comprising a total of 1,350 rooms, 250,000 square feet of conference and retail space, and one of the largest "ski beaches" in the world. The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley offers an extraordinary mountain escape experience with its 436 luxury accommodations, which include 381 guest rooms and 55 residential units. The hotel is well-appointed with expansive indoor meeting spaces totaling around 30,000 square feet, and a variety of culinary venues such as a lobby-level three-meal restaurant and bar, a signature bar, a pool/apres ski bar and grill, and a coffee bistro. Additional amenities include a large outdoor event terrace, a sparkling pool, three whirlpools, a kids club, and a full fitness area.

The Food & Beverage Manager role at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is a vital leadership position overseeing the diverse functions of the food and beverage operations within the hotel. This includes management of banquets, the restaurant, room service, and bar operations that operate at various times throughout the day. The role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to schedule and train team members effectively to uphold Hyatt’s renowned standards of hospitality. Job Requirements
