Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a related culinary position
  • Completion of 2-3 years of education beyond high school or equivalent skills
  • Ability to manage kitchen staff efficiently
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capability to develop and implement kitchen processes
  • Experience in menu crafting and recipe development

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a related culinary position
  • Completion of 2-3 years of education beyond high school or equivalent skills
  • Sound understanding of food service industry principles and operational standards
  • Proficient in supervising staff and resolving issues in a high-speed kitchen setting
  • Excellent verbal, reading, and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Organize staff and culinary operations
  • Oversee and coordinate culinary operations and manage kitchen personnel
  • Supervise daily kitchen activities to ensure smooth operations and maintain quality standards
  • Craft menus and develop recipes
  • Determine food consumption and procure necessary food items
  • Establish presentation techniques and quality standards
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure safety and sanitation compliance
  • Manage special catering events and provide culinary instruction and mentorship
