Job Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry
- strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including inventory control and cost management
- exceptional customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- familiarity with casino operations is a plus

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure a high standard of service
- oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, and lounges
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- manage inventory control and cost management
- coordinate staff schedules and delegate responsibilities
- monitor customer satisfaction and address issues promptly
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
