Job Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry
  • strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including inventory control and cost management
  • exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • familiarity with casino operations is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure a high standard of service
  • oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, and lounges
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • manage inventory control and cost management
  • coordinate staff schedules and delegate responsibilities
  • monitor customer satisfaction and address issues promptly
  • maintain a clean and organized work environment
