As a fast-growing, high-energy organization, Thirteenth Floor thrives on creativity, collaboration, and an unwavering passion for delivering extraordinary experiences. Their properties set industry standards for world-class immersive entertainment, driven by a mission to astound audiences by constantly redefining what's possible. The company fosters a culture where curiosity, adaptability, and a relentless drive to exceed expectations are not only encouraged but are essential to their success.

The Food and Beverage Manager role is a newly established, full-time, on-site position based at the corporate office in Denver, Colorado, with travel requirements up to 20%. Offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000, this role is pivotal to supporting the organization’s rapid growth and expanding portfolio. The position focuses on enhancing revenue streams through strategic development and flawless execution of food and beverage programs across all properties. This dynamic role combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational management, including managing vendor partnerships, developing scalable food and beverage programs, and optimizing operational performance.

Responsibilities encompass driving non-ticket revenue growth, negotiating vendor contracts for profitability, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and implementing pricing strategies aligned to guest expectations and margin objectives. Ensuring compliance with health regulations, liquor laws, and food safety is a critical part of the job, as is developing and maintaining standards and operational procedures that guarantee product quality, presentation, and speed of service.

This position demands experience managing multi-unit or event-driven food and beverage environments, strong operational knowledge of bars and restaurants, and proven skills in vendor relationship management and negotiation. Familiarity with POS systems like Square, Toast, and Clover and a deep understanding of liquor licensing and safety standards are essential. Preferred candidates bring experience from immersive entertainment, live events, festivals, and themed attractions, with a focus on branded or IP-driven environments and multi-market operations.

Joining Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group means becoming part of an innovative, fast-paced organization that values bold thinking and creativity. The Food and Beverage Manager will have a direct impact on guest satisfaction, product quality, and financial success, with excellent opportunities for career advancement. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including flexible time off, medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and exclusive company perks such as discounted event tickets and employee discounts.
