Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage management or related leadership role
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in basic financial and accounting principles
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or chef leadership role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, planning and organizational skills
- Experience supervising others and leading a team
- Excellent customer skills
Job Duties
- Direct and coordinate activities of the food and beverage departments
- Maintain established operational standards and maximize profits
- Ensure compliance with national programs such as Core Beverage Program, Menu Program, Approved Product List, Beverage Cartender program
- Select, develop and retain talented food and beverage staff
- Oversee financial targets and accounting procedures including check book overview and monthly financial reviews
- Analyze financial shortfalls and develop specific action plans
- Ensure excellent guest service by reviewing feedback and implementing improvements
- Communicate successes and best practices to Field Specialist and/or VP Food & Beverage
- Create and execute short term and long term operational and financial plans
- Maintain communication between departments about special programs and events
