Job Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience and 6 months of kitchen management
  • Maintain ServSafe and Food Handling Management Certification
  • Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers and team members
  • Must be available to work mornings, nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • All candidates must pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment

Job Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers and team members
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable

Job Duties

  • Ability to lead a team and promotes and ensures great hospitality
  • Assist Food and Beverage Assistant General Manager, other management team members, and the support staff
  • Ensures food quality by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, storage, sanitation of food products
  • Manages inventory efficiently, accurately, and in a cost-effective manner
  • Manages kitchen operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision-making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness
  • Demonstrates responsibility for purchasing, receiving, and storing food products, an inspection of local suppliers, use of correct products and proper par levels
  • Understands all kitchen equipment operations and preventive maintenance
  • Staying compliant with food labor and sanitation laws
