Job Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience and 6 months of kitchen management
- Maintain ServSafe and Food Handling Management Certification
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers and team members
- Must be available to work mornings, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- All candidates must pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment

Job Duties
- Ability to lead a team and promotes and ensures great hospitality
- Assist Food and Beverage Assistant General Manager, other management team members, and the support staff
- Ensures food quality by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, storage, sanitation of food products
- Manages inventory efficiently, accurately, and in a cost-effective manner
- Manages kitchen operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision-making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness
- Demonstrates responsibility for purchasing, receiving, and storing food products, an inspection of local suppliers, use of correct products and proper par levels
- Understands all kitchen equipment operations and preventive maintenance
- Staying compliant with food labor and sanitation laws
