The Food & Beverage Manager role at Schulte Hospitality Group is a pivotal position that demands a service-oriented and dynamic leadership approach. This role is charged with overseeing the front-of-house operations for both restaurant and hotel settings, ensuring seamless execution of guest services, compliance with quality and safety standards, and enhancing overall dining and hospitality experiences. A successful Food & Beverage Manager will manage and inspire staff, coordinating training, supervision, and hands-on support to meet and exceed operational objectives. The individual in this role is responsible for hiring and training service staff, overseeing inventory control and supply ordering, and ensuring the alignment of food and beverage preparation with the brand’s stringent safety, health, and hygiene requirements.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or certificate
- Post high school education and degree preferred
- Minimum of two years food and beverage supervisory experience required
- Able to work a flexible schedule including PMs, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years food and beverage supervisory experience
- Knowledge of three meal restaurants preferred
- Knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations and room service preferred
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- Team player
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Excellent time management skills
Job Duties
- Responsible for managing the front of house operations for the restaurant and hotel
- Providing training, direction, supervision and hands on support
- Direct associates and supervisors to accomplish goals and objectives of the food and beverage operation
- Ensure the proper preparation of food and beverages to the satisfaction of our guests, brand and ensures all safety, health and hygiene requirements are consistently met
- Hire and train service staff
- Ensure direct and facilitate communication, engagement and conflict resolutions as needed by the team to ensure a positive associate environment
- Processes bi-weekly payroll
- Inventory, ordering supplies
- Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
