Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of recent food and beverage management experience
  • Proven success in financial management, staffing, inventory, and P&L oversight
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Riverside County Food Handler’s Manager Certification and RBS certification or ability to obtain
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Toast POS, MS Office, and Excel

Job Duties

  • Drive financial success through budgeting, cost controls, and revenue strategies
  • Maintain high service standards while managing labor, inventory, and equipment costs
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team
  • Conduct regular staff evaluations, meetings, and ongoing training programs
  • Foster teamwork, motivation, and professional growth
  • Ensure an exceptional dining experience through attentive service and guest engagement
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain clear communication with vendors, departments, and leadership
  • Enforce sanitation, alcohol awareness, and safety protocols
  • Uphold environmental and company service standards
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Perform any other duties as required by your manager
