With a strong commitment to fostering diversity, growth, development, and the overall wellbeing of its employees, Pyramid Global Hospitality stands out as an employer of choice. The company operates over 230 properties worldwide and offers a comprehensive approach to employee development, benefits, and meaningful relationship-building. Pyramid Global Hospitality believes that a supportive and inclusive culture is key to not only employee satisfaction but also delivering exceptional guest experiences. Their benefits package is robust, encompassing comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, alongside unique perks like on-site wellness programs, local discounts, and exclusive employee rates on hotel stays. Moreover, they emphasize continuous training and professional development, empowering their workforce to build skills and advance their careers. Whether employees are industry newcomers or seasoned professionals, Pyramid Global Hospitality provides a collaborative, nurturing environment designed for growth and success.
One of Pyramid Global Hospitality's valuable properties is the InterContinental Seattle Bellevue, a luxury hotel epitomizing modern sophistication in downtown Bellevue. Situated within Avenue Bellevue, this hotel features 208 elegantly appointed guest rooms and 12,000 square feet of exquisite meeting and event space, designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates. The InterContinental Seattle Bellevue prides itself on fostering a culture of excellence that celebrates people, nurtures career growth, and focuses on delivering authentic, memorable service experiences. This role offers a chance to build a career within a premier luxury brand where every position, including the Food & Beverage Manager, is vital to crafting unforgettable guest interactions.
As a Food & Beverage Manager at InterContinental Seattle Bellevue, you will be entrusted with managing multiple outlets to ensure guests enjoy exceptional dining and beverage experiences, whether attending a large conference banquet or simply enjoying a favorite drink in a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong people management, a deep knowledge of food and beverage operations, and exceptional customer service skills underpinned by a proven track record in high-volume hospitality settings. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you will work closely with various teams to achieve outstanding service standards and business goals.
Your responsibilities will include managing and mentoring a team of hospitality professionals, setting and exceeding high standards of guest service, and adhering to responsible business practices in managing food and beverage operations. Collaboration with the finance team will be critical to setting, monitoring, and adjusting budgets to drive revenue. Managing multiple outlets—banquets, in-room dining, and more—along with the respective managers and supervisors, will be part of your daily routine in this dynamic and rewarding position.
Working at InterContinental Seattle Bellevue also means being part of an inclusive and supportive company culture reflective of Pyramid Global Hospitality's People First ethos. Employees enjoy competitive salaries and a wide array of benefits such as paid time off, health and dental insurance, retirement plans with company matching, supplemental insurance options, employee assistance programs, and wellness initiatives. Part-time associates are also considered with benefits including sick leave accrual and cash incentive programs. At this property and across the company, the focus is on creating a workplace that champions professional success, personal wellbeing, and meaningful career progression, making it an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals passionate about service excellence and leadership.
