Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior food and beverage leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of service standards and dining room operations
- Ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lead and manage a team under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in food and beverage leadership within hospitality, restaurant, or private club environments
- Strong understanding of dining room operations and service standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced service environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Private club experience preferred
- Experience with Jonas or similar POS systems a plus
Job Duties
- Lead dining room operations during assigned service periods including lunch, dinner, and events
- Maintain clear awareness of table flow, pacing, and section coverage
- Support servers, runners, and hosts to ensure smooth service execution
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor throughout service
- Provide real-time feedback and coaching to servers, runners, and support staff
- Reinforce service standards, training modules, and operational expectations
- Support development of new team members through mentorship and guidance
