Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior food and beverage leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of service standards and dining room operations
  • Ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lead and manage a team under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food and beverage leadership within hospitality, restaurant, or private club environments
  • Strong understanding of dining room operations and service standards
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced service environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Private club experience preferred
  • Experience with Jonas or similar POS systems a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead dining room operations during assigned service periods including lunch, dinner, and events
  • Maintain clear awareness of table flow, pacing, and section coverage
  • Support servers, runners, and hosts to ensure smooth service execution
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor throughout service
  • Provide real-time feedback and coaching to servers, runners, and support staff
  • Reinforce service standards, training modules, and operational expectations
  • Support development of new team members through mentorship and guidance
