This may involve serving as the Theatre Manager-in-Charge during shifts or supporting the management team in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. Monitoring cash-handling policies and supporting both public showings and private events are part of the broader operational responsibilities.

Leadership is a core element of this role. The Food & Beverage Manager will train, coach, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service. They will lead by example, provide ongoing performance feedback, and cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture where all team members feel respected and empowered. The manager will also participate in the hiring and onboarding process to ensure the team is staffed with capable and enthusiastic individuals.
