Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to remain mobile and on your feet for the entire shift
- ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of restaurant and/or theatre management experience preferred
- strong leadership, communication, and people skills
- TIPS certification preferred
- ServSafe Food and Allergen certification preferred
Job Duties
- lead all food and beverage operations with a focus on guest experience, quality, and consistency
- order, monitor, and control food and alcohol inventory while managing food costs
- accept and audit deliveries
- maintain proper storage and rotation
- maintain concession, bar, kitchen areas, and all related equipment
- ensure consistent recipe execution, portion control, food safety, and alcohol awareness
- handle end-of-month inventory and approve related account payables
- plan and execute private and public group events
- review financial and operational reports to spot trends and improve performance
- serve as Theatre Manager-in-Charge as needed or support the management team on shift
- ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming theatre experience for every guest
- support daily theatre operations including public showings and private events
- enforce cash-handling policies and procedures
- train, coach, and lead teams to deliver celebrated service
- delegate responsibilities and guide team members to meet operational goals
- provide regular feedback, performance coaching, and motivation
- foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful team environment
- uphold all safety, sanitation, security, and compliance standards
- participate in hiring and onboarding as needed
