The Food and Beverage Manager at Aramark plays a critical role in optimizing kitchen operations and ensuring outstanding food quality and customer service. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position emphasizes hands-on leadership in culinary team development, safety protocols, client relations, and budget management. The manager is responsible for designing and implementing efficient kitchen procedures that boost productivity and streamline operations to meet company standards. Key functions include staff supervision, culinary training, menu planning, safety and sanitation maintenance, as well as catering management. This role demands a balance of creative culinary expertise and strong operational skills to deliver high-quality food experiences consistently.

In this position, the Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily kitchen activities, developing and refining recipes and menus, controlling inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. The role requires managing special catering events and offering culinary coaching to less experienced staff, helping build a cohesive and skilled kitchen team. With a strong focus on meeting budget targets and executing corporate programs, this manager contributes significantly to the overall success and reputation of Aramark’s food services. Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant culinary experience and education beyond high school are well-suited for this role. While a culinary degree is beneficial, Aramark values skills and practical knowledge equally.

Aramark is committed to providing comprehensive training and development programs that empower employees to grow their careers. From leadership workshops to online skill-building platforms, the organization prioritizes continuous learning and career advancement. The company also fosters a culture of respect, inclusion, and equal opportunity, ensuring every team member can thrive regardless of background or personal characteristics.
