The Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) role at Wawa is a pivotal position that focuses on overseeing all food and beverage operations at the store level. As an FBM, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to manage daily operations effectively, with a sharp focus on customer satisfaction, food quality, and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include managing a diverse range of food programs such as fresh food preparation, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering services. You will lead initiatives to drive food service sales, create and implement strategies that align with current market trends, and ensure the food service area meets all health and safety regulations. This role demands strong leadership skills to support hiring, training, and developing Associates, as well as motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer service consistently. The Food & Beverage Manager acts as the store's in-house expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing campaigns, playing a significant role in enhancing the customer experience and operational success. This position offers an hourly wage range of $22.70 to $30.60, depending on experience and location, with eligibility for monthly bonus incentives.
