Our commitment to excellence includes maintaining safety and sanitation standards and fostering a supportive atmosphere for both guests and team members. We value an organized and efficient operational framework that ensures every element of our service, from grilling and concessions to bar management and events, meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
The Food and Beverage Manager role is a pivotal position within our team, responsible for overseeing all facets of food and beverage operations. As the manager, you will take charge of creating and cultivating a skilled and motivated food and beverage team through strategic interviewing, hiring, training, effective scheduling, and ongoing performance management. Your leadership will directly influence the smooth running of daily operations, encompassing everything from grill and concessions oversight to bar services and events management, all while guaranteeing that food preparation and presentation align with our exacting standards.
Managing inventory and ordering supplies are also key responsibilities, ensuring all food, beverage, and cleaning products maintain appropriate stock levels and meet par-level requirements. Organization and sanitation are critical components of this role, with your oversight vital in maintaining clean, safe, and compliant service areas in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies. Additionally, compliance with operational execution software and adherence to all safety and alcohol-related laws are mandatory.
Regular communication and alignment with the Corporate Food and Beverage Director will be part of your responsibilities, involving weekly one-on-one meetings to analyze sales data, budget performance, and other key metrics that drive the success of our food and beverage operations. This management role offers a salary range of $55,000 to $60,000 and requires an individual with proven leadership skills, a passion for the industry, and the ability to nurture a dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. If you are passionate about delivering excellence in food and beverage service and possess strong organizational and interpersonal capabilities, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a thriving establishment.
