The manager will lead by example, motivating staff, assisting with training new hires, and fostering continuous learning opportunities for all front-of-house personnel. Participation in performance evaluations and coaching sessions is expected to ensure consistent team performance and growth.

Administrative and operational duties form another important component of the role. Responsibilities include assisting with inventory management to control costs and maintain adequate stock levels, as well as monitoring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to provide a safe environment for members, guests, and staff alike. Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications such as Word, Excel, and email is essential for efficient operation. The Food and Beverage Manager is also encouraged to obtain ServSafe or Food Handler certifications to enhance their professional credentials.

This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to lift up to 30 pounds. Flexibility in working hours is necessary as the role includes nights, weekends, and holiday shifts. The work environment is professional and member-focused, encompassing indoor and outdoor settings such as dining rooms, patios, and event spaces.
