Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in coffee shop, café, or food and beverage management
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso equipment, and café operations
- Proven leadership experience in managing, training, and developing teams
- Financial management skills including labor, inventory, and cost control
- Excellent guest service and communication abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of assigned restaurant and/or bar venues
- Maintain exceptional presentation, service execution, and guest satisfaction
- Establish and uphold service, appearance, and operational standards
- Hire, train, mentor, and manage team members and leaders as needed
- Lead regular meetings to ensure consistent and transparent communication
- Assist with budgeting, inventory management, payroll, and cost control
- Develop strategies to improve profitability and explore new revenue opportunities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Banquet teams to anticipate business needs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Monitor industry trends to keep concepts competitive and relevant
- Collaborate closely with property leadership teams
