Committed to delivering superior member and guest experiences, Yorba Linda Country Club stands as an epitome of luxury, service, and community engagement in the heart of Southern California.
Yorba Linda Country Club is currently offering a rewarding full-time opportunity for a Food and Beverage Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. This pivotal role commands a competitive salary ranging from $71,000 to $75,000 annually and is tailored for a dedicated professional passionate about advancing their career within a globally respected hospitality organization. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operations of the club’s diverse food and beverage services, ensuring excellence in member and guest satisfaction while effectively managing personnel, inventory, and vendor relationships. The role requires a hands-on leader who will regularly engage with guests and staff on the dining floor, uphold sanitation standards, and work closely with the Executive Chef to coordinate menu planning. This leadership position involves supervising multiple outlet functions, managing inventory control processes, facilitating staff training and development, and ensuring smooth catering operations, all while leveraging Troon-recommended management tools and software to optimize efficiency.
Key functions of the role also include collaborating closely with department leaders such as the Director of Golf and Head Professional to align operational objectives, maintaining the club’s facilities and equipment, and fostering relationships with preferred suppliers. The manager will play a critical role in hiring, training, evaluating, and developing the food and beverage team, spanning assistant managers, servers, bartenders, and support staff. Ensuring adherence to food safety, alcohol awareness training, and compliance with state regulations are essential components of the position. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and organizational prowess while embodying Troon’s values of being infectiously energetic, consciously kind, and humbly prosperous. This position not only offers a competitive compensation package but also includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, paid time off, and eligibility for performance bonuses. Joining Yorba Linda Country Club means becoming part of a dynamic team committed to excellence and innovation in golf and hospitality management, supported by the vast resources and expertise of Troon’s global network.
