The Food & Beverage Manager role at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is an integral leadership position focused on ensuring guests receive top-tier dining experiences. The manager will primarily oversee The Cove, the hotel’s outdoor poolside restaurant, while also supporting other food and beverage outlets as needed. This role requires a natural leader who can inspire and motivate a team, setting a high standard of service excellence. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $81,000 to $86,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package. The role is ideal for someone with a college degree in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience, and a minimum of two to three years of food and beverage management experience. Proficiency in English and legal work authorization in the United States are also required. Job Duties

  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees in all Food & Beverage Outlets
  • Provide visibility in the operation, recognition, public relations, and handle guest complaints and special requests
  • Ensure quality and description of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash control
  • Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment and recommend improvements
