  • Must possess two years of chef experience
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Two years of supervisory experience
  • Proficient in basic math
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Positive attitude

  • Willingness to engage in physical work in a kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective planning and organization
  • Participate in budget preparation and control procedures
  • Implement and maintain quality standards across food service operations
  • Assist in planning and analyzing merchandising and marketing programs
  • Train and develop employees to maximize productivity and morale
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health codes, and safety programs
  • Manage food production including menu development, purchasing, storage, and portion control
  • Oversee catering program and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Maintain an organized Food Service Management Office
  • Conduct public relations and Food Service Committee meetings
