- Culinary degree preferred
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in basic math
- Microsoft Office proficiency

Job Duties
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective planning and organization
- Participate in budget preparation and control procedures
- Implement and maintain quality standards across food service operations
- Assist in planning and analyzing merchandising and marketing programs
- Train and develop employees to maximize productivity and morale
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health codes, and safety programs
- Manage food production including menu development, purchasing, storage, and portion control
- Oversee catering program and maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain an organized Food Service Management Office
- Conduct public relations and Food Service Committee meetings
