The Food and Beverage Manager plays a crucial leadership role in this dynamic hotel setting. Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years as a dining room/restaurant supervisor or manager
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field preferred

Job Duties
- Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the restaurant that align with company objectives
- Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual budget
- Evaluate restaurant performance through customer satisfaction systems and financial reporting, taking corrective action as needed
- Maintain high product and service quality standards through regular evaluations and issue resolution
- Implement and sustain sales and marketing programs to drive revenue growth
- Establish and maintain proactive HR practices, including employee motivation, training, development, and compliance with wage, benefit, and labor regulations
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs to safeguard physical assets
- Maintain security practices to protect restaurant assets and ensure safety of employees and guests
- Foster effective two-way communication across all levels of staff
- Develop and implement new initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Other duties as assigned
