As a dynamic and fast-paced organization, Legends Global focuses on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and innovative foodservice solutions to ensure all events exceed expectations. This partnership combines industry expertise with a commitment to quality service, making them a premier employer in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities include managing the warehouse, inventory systems such as Yellow Dog, and point-of-sale platforms to ensure accurate tracking, efficient product flow, and cost control.

This role demands sharp financial acuity to monitor labor costs, food expenses, shrinkage, and sales performance metrics to drive profitability and support revenue growth initiatives. The Food & Beverage Concessions Manager collaborates cross-functionally with departments including Operations, Security, Finance, Marketing, Catering, and Executive Food & Beverage leadership to coordinate seamless event execution and uphold service excellence. Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment are critical for success.

In addition to operational leadership, the manager ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations, manages employee relations, and fosters a positive and productive team atmosphere. This role also focuses on continuous improvement by monitoring industry trends, recommending service enhancements, and planning equipment and facility upgrades where necessary. The position offers a unique opportunity to lead within a prestigious venue and a well-established management company, providing professional growth, competitive compensation, and the chance to impact the guest experience at a regional entertainment hub.
