Job Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a private club, upscale restaurant, or resort
  • strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications such as Word, Excel, and email
  • ServSafe or Food Handler Certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of dining outlets, banquet services, and bars
  • ensure consistent high-quality service and presentation across all food and beverage outlets
  • train front-of-house food and beverage personnel
  • oversee restaurant operations ensuring all tasks are accomplished
  • oversee closing procedures and ensure cleanliness and readiness of service areas
  • manage member and guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly
  • promote a culture of hospitality and personalized service
  • support coordination and execution of club events, private functions, and tournaments
  • lead and motivate the food and beverage team
  • assist in training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development
  • participate in performance evaluations and coaching
  • assist with inventory management
  • monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
