Job Description

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a globally recognized luxury hospitality company renowned for its exceptional service, sophisticated ambiance, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Founded in 1960, Four Seasons has grown to become one of the most prestigious names in the industry, operating over 100 properties worldwide. Each location is dedicated to offering guests an unparalleled experience marked by attention to detail, personalized service, and luxurious accommodations. The company's core philosophy revolves around creating lasting impressions through authentic connections with guests and an empathetic approach to hospitality. Four Seasons values its employees as the driving force behind its success, fostering a workplace culture that encourages personal and professional growth, collaboration, and respect. The company champions diversity and inclusion, striving to create an environment where every team member feels valued and empowered.

The Food & Beverage Division at Four Seasons presents an exciting opportunity for aspiring hospitality leaders through its Manager in Training (MIT) program. This comprehensive 12-to-18-month rotational program is designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge acquired at hospitality management institutions and the hands-on experience required to lead effectively in a luxury hotel setting. Participants in the MIT program gain immersive exposure to two critical operational leadership roles within their chosen division. They develop leadership acumen by managing teams, mastering service standards, and designing strategic initiatives that enhance guest experiences. The program integrates mentorship from senior executives, personalized feedback, and continuous learning opportunities to cultivate future leaders who exemplify the Four Seasons brand values.

During the program, Manager in Training participants will hone their skills in managing guest relations, coordinating shift operations, training and coaching staff, and sustaining a culture of excellence aligned with Four Seasons' standards. The MIT role demands strong decision-making abilities, a positive and proactive work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Trainees will also gain comprehensive knowledge of line-level functions, ensuring that they understand the operational intricacies of each department they oversee. Working closely with diverse teams, the MIT will contribute to an inclusive and supportive work environment while upholding confidentiality and professional discretion at all times.

This position offers an invaluable career launching pad for motivated individuals seeking to advance within the luxury hospitality sector. Four Seasons provides its employees with a vibrant culture that emphasizes authenticity, inclusivity, and continuous development. Additionally, the company offers competitive wages, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for travel and exclusive discounts. By participating in this program, candidates position themselves to become integral leaders who can shape memorable experiences for guests and inspire their teams to achieve new standards of excellence. The Four Seasons MIT program is more than just a job; it is a transformative journey designed to empower future hospitality professionals with the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to excel in a dynamic and prestigious environment.
