Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience preferably in a hotel resort or upscale dining environment
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to manage labor and operating costs while maintaining service standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety sanitation standards and alcohol service regulations
- Proficiency with POS systems and hospitality management software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage and oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurant bar room service and banquet catering functions
- Ensure all guests receive exceptional and personalized service consistent with hotel standards
- Lead by example and maintain a visible presence during service periods
- Monitor guest feedback and promptly resolve service concerns or issues
- Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu development seasonal offerings and special events
- Develop and maintain staffing schedules based on business demands and labor goals
- Monitor and control labor costs food costs beverage costs and operating expenses
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee purchasing of food beverage supplies and operating equipment
