Job Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience preferably in a hotel resort or upscale dining environment
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business or related field preferred
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to manage labor and operating costs while maintaining service standards
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of food safety sanitation standards and alcohol service regulations
Proficiency with POS systems and hospitality management software
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Manage and oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurant bar room service and banquet catering functions
Ensure all guests receive exceptional and personalized service consistent with hotel standards
Lead by example and maintain a visible presence during service periods
Monitor guest feedback and promptly resolve service concerns or issues
Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu development seasonal offerings and special events
Develop and maintain staffing schedules based on business demands and labor goals
Monitor and control labor costs food costs beverage costs and operating expenses
Maintain inventory levels and oversee purchasing of food beverage supplies and operating equipment
Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol service regulations
Support hotel-wide initiatives and participate in leadership meetings and special projects
Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork accountability and professional development
