Our operations stretch across iconic sports arenas, national parks, casinos, hotels, and retail locations worldwide, offering an exciting and diverse environment for career growth. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace where employees can thrive personally and professionally, ensuring they have access to the resources and support they need to succeed. Our values are built on integrity, respect, and the pursuit of excellence in everything we do.
Currently, Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasoned Premium Services Manager to join our team at the Chaifetz Arena in Saint Louis, Missouri. This role directly contributes to our mission of providing memorable and high-quality guest experiences within one of the city’s premier sports and entertainment venues. The Premium Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the premium dining areas and catering events, ensuring the delivery of impeccable service standards and operational excellence across all premium spaces. This role demands a polished, hands-on hospitality professional with a strong background in managing high-volume sports or entertainment venue environments.
The successful candidate will be charged with leading, developing, and managing a skilled team entrusted with the flawless execution of premium service operations. Critical responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating, and supervising event-day operations, maintaining high standards for service flow, cleanliness, presentation, and product quality. Building and maintaining strong relationships with premium guests and internal stakeholders is essential, as is adeptly handling guest concerns with professionalism and discretion. This role also involves contributing to the development and execution of operational strategies, including menus, policies, and procedures that elevate service quality and accountability. Compliance with all regulatory standards is a top priority.
We offer a competitive annual base salary range from $55,300 to $74,600, complemented by an annual bonus plan, which may be based on company and individual performance or role-based sales incentives. The advertised salary reflects our best estimate of competitive compensation for this role, though exceptional experience or qualifications may warrant consideration for higher pay. Our comprehensive benefits package enhances the overall compensation and supports the health, welfare, and development of our team members.
This position requires a minimum of three years of experience in premium hospitality environments, preferably within sports, entertainment, or catering contexts. Candidates must demonstrate strong food knowledge across a variety of menus and prior experience supervising service teams. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are essential, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and major events to meet operational demands. While no formal degree is required, a commitment to excellence and a passion for hospitality are vital.
At Delaware North, we value our team members as part of a global legacy. Our workplace culture emphasizes teamwork, growth, and excellence, making us proud to be one of the leading companies shaping the future of hospitality. Join us at Chaifetz Arena and help us create unforgettable moments for premium guests every day, while advancing your own career in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
