The role of Food & Beverage Manager at Four Seasons offers a full-time, year-round opportunity within the Food and Beverage Management team, overseeing an all-day dining outlet. This position is vital in managing the overall operations of the restaurant and bar to drive success through guest satisfaction and team development. The ideal candidate will lead and inspire team members while ensuring smooth operational processes that align with the luxury standards of the Four Seasons brand. This includes managing recruitment, employee scheduling, payroll, and maintaining employee relations to build a motivated and engaged workforce.

The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service during peak periods by adhering to established benchmarks and service procedures. In addition to managing staff performance and training, the role requires oversight of equipment setup, inventory controls of products and supplies, and ensuring the optimal financial performance of the outlet by driving sales and optimizing floor layouts. Resolving guest complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high service standards will be a critical aspect of the position.

Collaborative work with PR and Marketing teams will enhance restaurant visibility by targeting influencers, concierges, and hotel guests. Staying abreast of local and international food and beverage trends allows the manager to plan innovative activations and pop-ups that align with current market interests, further elevating the dining experience offered.

Compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, accompanied by a performance-based incentive program with a 10% target. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience in food and beverage management
  • Experience in a luxury resort environment preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems such as MICROS
  • Knowledge of cost control and labor management
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Open Table
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of managerial experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment, ideally within a luxury resort setting
  • Proficiency in MICROS or similar POS systems
  • Strong understanding of service delivery, cost control, labor management, and financial practices
  • Computer literacy, including Open Table and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to lead teams effectively and navigate cross-cultural interactions while prioritizing outstanding customer service
  • Focus on enhancing the guest experience and valuing customer preferences
  • Fluency in English
  • Legal authorization to work in the country
