Currently hiring a Food & Beverage Manager for the location at 103 Hill Street, Kersey, CO. This is a full-time position requiring 30 to 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, with the flexibility of open availability to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays. The role is integral to the store’s success by managing food and beverage operations that comply with both corporate and regulatory standards. The Food & Beverage Manager ensures that products are fresh, safe, and appealing, all while fostering a memorable customer experience.

This management role collaborates closely with the Store Manager and the Customer Service & Support Team, focusing on training, guiding, and supporting team members to uphold the company’s high standards. The successful candidate will oversee ordering, inventory control, production planning, product handling, product rotations, dating, and display settings to maintain excellence in food service. They must ensure all food service equipment and facilities are routinely maintained and operate in a pristine, sanitary environment.

The position demands keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, busy environment. The candidate should be comfortable working in various temperature conditions, including cooler and freezer environments. Certification such as ServeSafe or SURE Food Manager is required, as this role requires strict adherence to food safety and quality procedures.

Stinker offers competitive pay ranging from $16.25 to $23.40 per hour, with merit-based raises, plus access to the DailyPay app for early access to earnings. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of retail, food and beverage, or convenience store experience required
  • Ability to balance on a step stool or step ladder
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in cooler or freezer environments with temperatures as low as 0 degrees Fahrenheit
  • ServeSafe/SURE Food Manager certification required
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm with open availability including weekends, evenings, and some holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of retail, food and beverage, or convenience store experience
  • ServeSafe/SURE Food Manager certification or other legally required certification
  • Ability to learn new concepts and stay organized

  • Experience in supervising or coaching teams preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing any questions or concerns
  • Analyze food service trends and results to prepare action plans, leveraging the store's fresh food strengths to address areas of opportunity and ensure profitability
  • Ensure 24/7 execution of all food service programs including ordering, inventory control, production planning, product handling, product rotations and dating, and display setting
  • Ensure routine maintenance and upkeep of food service equipment and facilities
  • Assist with the hiring, training, and coaching of team members while enhancing associate engagement
  • Ensure associates' proficiency in executing our food programs by following training plans and upholding standards for all food service team members
  • Execute safety, security, and quality procedures by ensuring alignment with company policies
