This Food & Beverage Manager position at Wawa offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations within a store. As a key member of the management team, you will partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-centered daily operations. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining high standards in food quality, safety, and customer service while driving sales performance. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing food programs, promotions, employee training, and inventory control. With a focus on fresh foods, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering, you will implement strategies that align with Wawa’s mission to deliver outstanding products and experiences consistently. Competitive pay ranges from $22.70 to $30.60 per hour, commensurate with experience and location, with eligibility for monthly bonus incentives.
