This Food & Beverage Manager position at Wawa offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations within a store. As a key member of the management team, you will partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-centered daily operations. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining high standards in food quality, safety, and customer service while driving sales performance. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing food programs, promotions, employee training, and inventory control. With a focus on fresh foods, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering, you will implement strategies that align with Wawa’s mission to deliver outstanding products and experiences consistently. Competitive pay ranges from $22.70 to $30.60 per hour, commensurate with experience and location, with eligibility for monthly bonus incentives. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership experience ideally in food service or retail environments
  • excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment
  • skilled in problem solving to drive results, boost sales, and streamline operations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • take ownership of food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering
  • drive food service sales and achieve performance goals with focus on quality and consistency
  • monitor trends and collaborate with peers to create action plans to optimize results
  • become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • deliver training to Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate outstanding customer service
  • support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development
  • maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area that meets health and safety standards
  • oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support efficient operations
