Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Four years related supervisory or managerial experience
- Previous supervisory experience in restaurant preferred
- Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Basic math skills including fractions and percentages
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with staff development
- Experience with rewards and recognition programs
- Ability to evaluate and instruct employees
- Skilled in staffing and scheduling
- Ability to manage employee performance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university
- Four years related supervisory or managerial experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous supervisory experience in a full service or high volume restaurant preferred
- Ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent motivational, communication and customer service skills
- Experience in staff development and training
- Experience managing rewards and recognition programs
- Ability to evaluate and provide constructive feedback on employee performance
- Experienced in staffing recommendations including interviewing and hiring
- Skilled in work procedure determination and workflow expediting
- Experience in employee performance management including coaching and counseling

- Supervising and managing staff in the food and beverage front of house department
