The community is designed for discerning individuals seeking a fresh perspective on senior living, combining the tranquility of nature with the convenience of nearby amenities. Residents of Meadow Ridge are welcomed by a stunning three-story atrium, setting the tone for an exceptional retirement lifestyle that stands out in the region. Benchmark Senior Living is currently searching for a Full-Time Dining Services (Food & Beverage) Manager to join the Meadow Ridge team. This role is critical to ensuring that all dining experiences within the community's diverse Independent Living outlets meet the highest standards of quality and service. These outlets include a prestigious five-star restaurant, a welcoming café, and an upcoming pub concept, offering residents a variety of dining choices. The Dining Services Manager will be responsible for maintaining excellence in hospitality and service, overseeing both the appearance and cleanliness of the dining areas as well as the performance of dining personnel. Reporting directly to the Director of Dining Services, the Manager will also work closely with the Assistant Director of Dining Services, other Dining Services Managers, and the Culinary leadership team. This collaborative leadership team ensures that the dining experiences at Meadow Ridge remain exceptional, catering specifically to the tastes and needs of senior residents. The role requires a hands-on approach to management with a focus on fostering a respectful, friendly environment that aligns with Benchmark's culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Employment is full-time with a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $72,000 per year. Benchmark Senior Living offers comprehensive benefits including healthcare, retirement plans, wellness programs, paid holidays, and opportunities for career growth and education. This position represents an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to contribute meaningfully to the senior living sector, helping to enhance the quality of life for Meadow Ridge residents through outstanding dining services.
