As a full-time Food and Beverage Manager at The Westin Nashville, you will be instrumental in driving the success of the hotel's diverse dining venues including restaurants, bars, banquet services, and in-room dining. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four years of food and beverage or hospitality experience
  • Or associate’s degree or higher in hospitality or a related field
  • Two years of relevant experience if holding an associate’s degree or higher
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher in hospitality or related field plus 2 years of experience
