Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in coffee shop, café, or food & beverage management
- Strong working knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso equipment, and café operations
- Proven experience leading, training, and developing teams
- Financial acumen with experience managing labor, inventory, and cost controls
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
