Situated in a prime location, Vinarosa Resort beautifully blends upscale amenities with serene natural surroundings, creating an ideal retreat for travelers seeking relaxation, indulgence, and top-tier service. The resort is committed to excellence, fostering a culture of integrity, professionalism, and continuous improvement to uphold its reputation as a premier luxury brand. It offers a collaborative, inclusive work environment where employees are valued and opportunities for growth and development are encouraged. Vinarosa Resort embraces diversity and equal opportunity employment, ensuring a respectful workplace that aligns with California’s employment laws and regulations. The resort extends its commitment to both guests and team members by maintaining stringent standards in customer service, operational efficiency, and hospitality innovation.
The role of the Food and Beverage Manager at Vinarosa Resort & Spa is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing and directing all food and beverage operations across the property. This full-time position demands a dynamic professional with strategic vision and operational expertise to enhance the guest dining experience while maximizing financial performance. The Food and Beverage Manager serves as a key partner to culinary, beverage, and hotel leadership teams to ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards and operational excellence. This role involves comprehensive oversight of daily operations, including labor planning, scheduling, and productivity management, while supporting training and professional development initiatives for food and beverage staff. The manager also leads guest satisfaction efforts by handling service recovery and encouraging feedback to elevate service quality continuously. Possessing strong leadership and communication skills is essential, as the manager must inspire and guide diverse teams while collaborating effectively across departments.
Focused on fostering trust-based relationships, the Food and Beverage Manager prioritizes integrity, professionalism, and transparency in every interaction. By championing innovation and continuous improvement, this individual drives initiatives that enhance service efficiency and ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations. The position requires an extended on-floor presence to maintain leadership visibility and flexible scheduling to meet the demands of the resort’s busy, guest-centered environment. In addition to operational leadership, the manager models confidence and respect under pressure, maintaining a calm demeanor that supports a positive and productive workplace culture. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with progressive leadership experience and a passion for providing exceptional food and beverage services at a prestigious resort setting.
