Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to a high school diploma or higher
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in food and beverage management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing F&B operations in hotels or restaurants
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
