They will play a key role in long-range operational planning and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. This includes maintaining high visibility within operations, handling special guest requests professionally, and managing public relations effectively. A substantial part of the role involves quality control, with a focus on food, beverages, service standards, and environment to ensure every guest leaves with an impression of outstanding quality and care.
Financial stewardship is another critical aspect of this position. The Food & Beverage Manager will manage labor and operational budgets, control scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and cash processes to optimize operational efficiency without compromising guest experience. Additionally, they will monitor the physical state of their outlets and recommend necessary improvements, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and ambiance are consistently maintained.
