Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma
  • At least 2 years of similar work experience
  • 3 years managing a cocktail bar or restaurant
  • Experience with inventory management, payroll, and cost control
  • Ability to work flexible hours including long shifts
  • Must be energetic, passionate, and dedicated
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • At least 3 years managing a cocktail restaurant and bar
  • Proven ability to develop innovative cocktail recipes
  • Strong skills in scheduling, labor cost management, and process optimization
  • Experience in training and leading service teams
