Job Requirements
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to step in and support key positions as needed
- Prior food and beverage management experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills
- Experience supervising others and leading a team
- Excellent customer skills
Job Duties
- Effectively lead staff to ensure quality service is delivered
- Continually follow up to ensure tasks are completed timely and tools and equipment operate properly
- Ensure staff receive proper safety and job skills training
- Assist in the selection, development, leadership, and retention of food and beverage staff
- Assist in meeting financial targets and following accounting procedures
- Ensure food and beverage staff provide excellent guest service
- Maintain communication between departments and inform about special programs and events
