The available position at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort's food and beverage outlets. This includes ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards, and driving overall profitability. The role involves managing restaurant staff, coordinating smooth workflows among kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams, and upholding resort policies and quality standards. Candidates can expect to address guest inquiries and complaints professionally, monitor inventory and labor costs, and collaborate on special promotions and themed events. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software preferred
- Ability to multitask problem solver approach and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Responsible for daily outlet food and beverage operations including dining service reservations and guest interactions
- Ensure smooth and efficient workflow between the kitchen bar and front of the house teams
- Monitor food and beverage quality presentation and service standards
- Maintain compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations as well as liquor laws
- Provide a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests
- Address guest inquiries complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently
- Monitor the inventory of food beverage and supplies as well as labor expenses ensuring cost effectiveness
- Collaborate with Director of Outlets to assist with development of special promotions seasonal offerings and themed events to attract guests
- Recruit train schedule and supervise restaurant servers hosts bartenders bussers and other related roles
- Ensure associates adhere to hotel policies grooming standards and service protocols
- Be available to lead operations in all outlets when necessary
