Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum four years progressive experience in food and beverage management
- At least two years supervisory experience in a hospitality environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to mentor and motivate teams effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures
- Must comply with company policies and brand standards
Job Qualifications
- Four or more years of progressive experience in food and beverage, culinary, or hospitality management
- Two or more years of supervisory or shift leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or resort
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong mentorship and team development skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Embodiment of Hotel Drover's core values
- Previous experience in hotel food and beverage management preferred
- Experience managing multi-outlet operations
- Training program development or large team leadership experience
- Familiarity with inventory, POS, and scheduling systems
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of restaurant, bar, pool bar, and room service
- Provide hands-on support and leadership to team members
- Model professional communication and service standards
- Build and maintain a motivated, accountable team culture
- Engage with guests and assist team members on the floor
- Manage beverage cost, inventory, waste control, and labor utilization
- Respond quickly to guest concerns and ensure resolution
- Perform opening and closing procedures for F&B areas

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, inventory protocols, and purchasing procedures
