The role of Food and Beverage Manager at The Biltmore Los Angeles is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations across the hotel’s various outlets. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in hospitality food and beverage operations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management preferably within hospitality
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations including banquet and catering services
  • Excellent financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and liquor laws and regulations
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Coordinate daily pre-shift meetings to communicate specials and offerings
  • Actively manage food and beverage operations ensuring quality service
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • Create and maintain procedural protocols for food and beverage operations
  • Schedule events, finalize contracts, and seek new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with departmental policies, safety, and sanitation standards
