Compliance with safety, cleanliness, and security protocols is strictly maintained through routine inspections and coaching. This leadership position requires flexibility to work varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the operational demands of the LifeCafe.

Ideal candidates bring at least three years of leadership experience within fast-paced food or hospitality settings, complemented by ServSafe certification or equivalent. CPR/AED certification, alcohol safety certification if applicable, and a high school diploma are required, with a college degree in culinary arts, business, or related fields preferred. Additional culinary expertise or prior business ownership experience is highly advantageous.

Life Time offers comprehensive benefits to all team members, including fully subsidized memberships, product and service discounts, and a 401(k) plan with company discretionary match for those aged 21 and above. Full-time employees gain access to medical, dental, vision care, disability insurance, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, parental leave options, and paid time off that scales with tenure to support a balanced and healthy work-life dynamic.

As an equal opportunity employer, Life Time embraces diversity and inclusivity, dedicated to providing a workplace where every individual’s unique contributions are respected and celebrated.
