Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Manage human resources to attract, retain, and motivate employees
- Hire, train, develop, empower, coach, counsel, conduct performance and salary reviews
- Develop, recommend, implement, and manage the group's annual budget, business and marketing plan, forecasts and objectives
- Implement company and local programs ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and laws
- Resolve customer complaints to maintain high quality and satisfaction
- Comply with emergency procedures and safety protocols
- Manage maintenance and sanitation of front and back of house to protect assets and service quality
- Assume responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence
