We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant culinary team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our restaurant operates smoothly while delivering an exceptional dining experience that reflects the hotel's commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will be an energetic leader with a passion for hospitality and the ability to inspire and develop a team. They will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service to exceed guest expectations consistently.

The Restaurant Manager will also handle scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, and marketing efforts to maximize the restaurant's performance and profitability. Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude are essential, as this role requires effective teamwork and guest interaction. Job Requirements

  • Four years experience in the food and beverage industry
  • six months to one year in a management position
  • ability to schedule, forecast, and budget department operations
  • some knowledge of wine and fine food
  • read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Food and Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
