As a company, Wawa emphasizes a welcoming atmosphere, community engagement, and innovation in its product offerings. With a strong focus on employee development and inclusive workplace culture, Wawa consistently ranks as a great place to work, offering comprehensive benefits and a supportive environment that encourages growth and teamwork.

The Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) role at Wawa is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within a store. This role involves managing daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient service, maintaining the highest standards of product quality, and delivering a customer-focused experience. The FBM works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure operational excellence across all facets of food and beverage services.

The ideal candidate for this role will take full ownership of the food and beverage programs, which include fresh food preparation, grab-and-go meals, beverages, catering, and more. Key responsibilities include training and developing Customer Service Associates to build their skills and confidence, supporting hiring efforts, scheduling, and team growth. The FBM is also accountable for maintaining a clean, safe, and health-compliant food service environment. In addition, the role involves overseeing inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained to support daily operations.

This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $22.70 to $28.40, commensurate with experience, position, and location. Associates in this role are also eligible for monthly bonus incentives, making it a rewarding opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about food service management and customer satisfaction.
