Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in hotel restaurant management
Food handler certification
TIPS certification
excellent organizational and communication skills
ability to manage and inspire a team
commitment to guest satisfaction
preferred Food Manager certification
familiarity with TOAST POS system

Job Qualifications

At least 3 years of proven leadership experience in restaurant management in a hotel
strong organizational and communication skills
hands-on approach and passion for mentoring and developing team members
commitment to creating a guest-first environment
Food handler and TIPS certifications
Food Manager certification preferred
experience with TOAST POS a plus
