Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in hotel restaurant management
  • Food handler certification
  • TIPS certification
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • ability to manage and inspire a team
  • commitment to guest satisfaction
  • preferred Food Manager certification
  • familiarity with TOAST POS system

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of proven leadership experience in restaurant management in a hotel
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • hands-on approach and passion for mentoring and developing team members
  • commitment to creating a guest-first environment
  • Food handler and TIPS certifications
  • Food Manager certification preferred
  • experience with TOAST POS a plus
