As a Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) at Wawa, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all food and beverage operations within the store to ensure efficiency, consistency, and superior quality. This position works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to manage daily operations, with a sharp focus on delivering a fresh, efficient, and customer-centric experience. The role is integral to driving food service sales, maintaining product standards, and ensuring a welcoming environment that meets health and safety guidelines. By managing inventory, overseeing equipment upkeep, and driving team development through effective training and motivation, the Food & Beverage Manager ensures that the store’s food programs—from grab-and-go meals to catering—operate seamlessly. The role offers an hourly wage range between $22.70 and $28.40, commensurate with experience, position level, and location. Additionally, Associates in this position are eligible for monthly bonus incentives, further rewarding high performance.
