As a Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) at Wawa, you will play a pivotal role in leading all food and beverage operations at the store level. In this management position, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure daily operational excellence and an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing fresh food programs, grab-and-go meal options, beverages, catering services, and other food-related offerings. The focus of this role is to drive food service sales while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and consistency.

Moreover, you will be tasked with monitoring market trends and collaborating with peers to implement strategic initiatives that optimize performance results. By becoming the in-store expert on all food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives, you will ensure that Wawa’s offerings remain competitive and appealing to customers. Training and motivating Customer Service Associates to excel in their roles will also be a vital component of your leadership, helping to cultivate a high-performing and customer-oriented team.

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for supporting the hiring, scheduling, and professional development of team members, recognizing excellent performance, and fostering a positive work environment. Maintaining a clean and safe food service area that complies with all health and safety regulations is another key duty. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management, ordering, and equipment upkeep to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

This position offers an hourly wage range of $23.40 to $31.55, commensurate with experience, position, and location, as well as eligibility for monthly bonus incentives.   • excellent communication organization and customer service skills
