Job Requirements
- Degree in hospitality management, business, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in leadership roles within large-scale resort operations
- Proven ability to manage multi-departmental teams and budgets
- Strong knowledge of property management systems and safety compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to handle crisis situations effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Degree in hospitality management, business, or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume, 400+ room resorts
- Industry certifications such as Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in property management systems (PMS)
- Strong financial and labor management skills
- Excellent communication and crisis leadership abilities
Job Duties
- Coordinate food and beverage and recreational departments for large-scale operations
- Manage multi-million dollar food and beverage budgets to maximize revenue per available room
- Lead crisis management efforts during guest issues and operational emergencies
- Oversee recruitment, training, and labor management of diverse teams
- Maintain luxury service standards across all F&B outlets and events
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
