Job Requirements

  • Degree in hospitality management, business, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in leadership roles within large-scale resort operations
  • Proven ability to manage multi-departmental teams and budgets
  • Strong knowledge of property management systems and safety compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to handle crisis situations effectively
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in hospitality management, business, or related field
  • 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume, 400+ room resorts
  • Industry certifications such as Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in property management systems (PMS)
  • Strong financial and labor management skills
  • Excellent communication and crisis leadership abilities

Job Duties

  • Coordinate food and beverage and recreational departments for large-scale operations
  • Manage multi-million dollar food and beverage budgets to maximize revenue per available room
  • Lead crisis management efforts during guest issues and operational emergencies
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and labor management of diverse teams
  • Maintain luxury service standards across all F&B outlets and events
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
