As a company deeply rooted in community values and innovation, Wawa prides itself on a culture that embraces associates as owners of success and encourages teamwork, growth, and mutual support.

Wawa's unique approach to service and product quality has positioned it as a leader in the convenience retail market, blending innovative food offerings with convenience and exceptional customer service. The company promotes an inclusive work environment where team members are motivated to develop their skills and advance their careers. Wawa not only emphasizes profitability and operational efficiency but also values the well-being and development of its employees, referred to as Associates, who play a central role in delivering the brand promise every day.

The role of Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) at Wawa is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, customer-focused leader to oversee all food and beverage operations within a store. This position works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure seamless daily operations that align with Wawa's high standards for fresh food, quality beverages, catering, and grab-and-go meal programs.

As an FBM, you will be responsible for owning the food and beverage programs, driving sales, monitoring performance, and managing promotions and marketing initiatives. Your leadership will extend to training Customer Service Associates, supporting hiring and scheduling, and fostering a motivated team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a safe, clean environment that complies with health standards.

This position is critical to maintaining the reputation of Wawa as a brand that consistently delivers a fresh, efficient, and customer-centric experience. The Food & Beverage Manager ensures that inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep are handled effectively to support smooth operations. The role requires a proactive mindset to optimize food service sales while ensuring quality and consistency.

With an hourly wage range of $22.70 to $28.40, commensurate with experience, location, and position, this role also includes eligibility for monthly bonus incentives. Wawa provides a positive and inclusive atmosphere, offering reasonable accommodations as needed, and upholds equal employment opportunities without discrimination.

By joining Wawa as a Food & Beverage Manager, you are stepping into a role where your leadership and expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction, team development, and the overall success of the store operations. This is more than just a managerial position; it is a chance to be part of a thriving team that believes in the power of working together to achieve great results and elevate the Wawa customer experience to new heights.
